大型环境类邻避设施EPC项目管理实践研究——以杭州城东分类减量综合体项目为例

摘要：以杭州城东分类减量综合体EPC项目为例，分析EPC模式下大型环境类邻避设施项目管理的难点和要点。然后构建邻避设施EPC项目管理体系，并从工程项目设计、施工和采购三个方面提出项目管理的保障措施，为类似项目提供参考。

Research on EPC Project Management Practice of Large-scale Environmental NIMBY Facilities：Taking the Classified Decrement Complex Project of Hangzhou Chengdong as an Example

Abstract: Taking the EPC project of Hangzhou Chengdong classified reduction complex as an example，this paper analyzes the difficulties and main points of project management of large-scale environmental NIMBY facilities under the EPC model.Then，builds a management system for the EPC project of NIMBY facilities，and puts forward project management safeguard measures from the three aspects of engineering project design，construction and procurement to provide references for similar projects.
