建筑业企业营商环境评价研究
摘要：从市场环境等8个方面选取并设计与建筑业企业营商环境联系紧密的18项指标，对2019年西部十省的建筑业企业营商环境进行评价，并利用聚类分析法将其分为三种类型：领先型、发展型和成长型。结果表明：西部十省建筑业企业营商环境水平分布不均衡；成长型地区水平分布较为均衡；在各子环境上，各省发展不协调。基于此提出政策建议，以期为建筑业企业持续健康发展及建筑业高质量发展提供参考。

Research on Business Environment Evaluation of Construction Enterprises
Abstract: This paper selects eighteen indicators closely linked to the business environment of construction enterprises from eight aspects such as the market environment and so on.Then，evaluates the business environment of construction enterprises in ten western provinces in 2019，and classifies into three types using cluster analysis：leading，developmental and growth type.The results show that the level of business environment for construction enterprises in ten western provinces is unevenly distributed；the level of growth-oriented areas is more evenly distributed；the development of each province is uncoordinated in each sub-environment.Based on this，proposes policy recommendations to provide reference for the sustainable and healthy development of construction enterprises and the high-quality development of the construction industry.
