摘要:对国内外规范制定的建筑结构抗中震设防目标和设计方法进行了总结,剖析了21世纪我国抗中震设计方法的技术进展,提出了抗中震设计方法的初步建议。结合我国2021年7月国务院批准颁布的《建设工程抗震管理条例》中高烈度设防区及地震重点监视防御区的某些类别建筑中震下满足正常使用的要求,即比现行规范相应规定性能目标为“可修”更高要求的规定,提出建筑结构A、B、C级抗震性能目标时的中震性能设计方法初步建议。

Discussion on design of building structure against occasional earthquake (moderate earthquake)

Abstract: The moderate earthquake resistance objectives and design methods of building structures formulated by home and abroad codes were summarized, the technical progress of the moderate earthquake resistance design methods in China in the 21st century was analyzed, and preliminary suggestions on the moderate earthquake resistance design methods was puts forward. In accordance with the provisions in The regulations on the administration of earthquake resistance of construction projects approved and promulgated by the State Council in July 2021 to enhance the performance target requirements for some kinds of buildings in high intensity earthquake zone and important earthquake monitoring and defensing zone under moderate earthquake, which are higher than the corresponding performance target of “repairable” in current specifications, preliminary suggestions on the performance design method under moderate earthquakes with the seismic performance objectives of structures are class A,B and C were puts forward.
