摘要:汕头亚青会场馆项目(一期)包括一座2.2万人体育场、一座8 000人体育馆、一座会议中心、一座训练场。该场地为吹填淤泥成形,土体饱和,以流塑状为主,无法满足建筑功能及施工设备行走,并且存在不同沉降、不同承载力、不同建设时序等需求。通过真空预压、水泥搅拌桩和高压旋喷桩进行地基处理,取得了良好的固结效果,提高了地基承载力。体育场和体育馆均采用了屈曲约束支撑进行减震设计,分析结果表明:屈曲约束支撑在小震作用下弹性不屈服,可以为结构提供抗侧刚度,中震作用下屈服,可以发挥耗能减震作用,大震作用下出铰充分,耗能减震效果明显,说明屈曲约束支撑适合在高烈度地区采用。

Abstract: The venue project of Shantou Asian Youth Club Stadium Project(phase I) includes a stadium for 22 000 people, a gym for 8 000 people, a conference center, a training ground. The site is formed by blowing and filling silt, the soil is saturated, and it is mainly in the form of fluid plastic, which cannot meet the needs of building functions and construction equipment walking, and there are different settlements, different bearing capacities and different construction sequences. Through vacuum preloading, cement mixing piles and high-pressure rotary jetting piles for foundation treatment, a good consolidation effect was achieved and the bearing capacity of the foundation was improved. Both the stadium and the gymnasium use buckling restrained brace for shock absorption design. The analysis results show that the buckling restrained brace does not yield elastically under the action of frequent earthquakes, which can provide lateral stiffness for the structure, yield under the action of midium earthquakes, and can exert energy consumption and shock absorption. Under the action of rare earthquake, the hinge is sufficient, and the energy consumption and shock absorption effect is obvious, indicating that the buckling restrained brace is suitable for high-intensity areas.
