摘要:为研究老化-荷载耦合作用下废旧叠层轮胎隔震垫(STP)的力学性能,选取废旧的四季胎制作15组规格为180mm×180mm×69mm的6层STP,其中3组为对照组,其余12组STP置于老化温度100℃及荷载5MPa的条件下进行77、154、231、308h的加速老化试验;对试件进行竖向力学性能试验和拟静力试验,分析老化时间对STP的竖向刚度、水平等效刚度、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、屈服刚度和等效阻尼比的影响,并将废旧轮胎隔震体系中STP(无卡槽STP)和新型村镇墙下隔震体系中STP(有卡槽STP)的力学性能进行对比分析。结果表明:STP的竖向刚度随老化时间的增加而增大;随着老化时间的增加,STP的滞回环面积均呈现先增加后减小的趋势,有卡槽STP滞回环面积均高于无卡槽STP滞回环面积;有卡槽和无卡槽STP的等效阻尼比随着老化时间的增加呈先减小后增大的规律;有卡槽STP的水平等效刚度和屈服刚度均高于无卡槽STP,随着老化时间的增加有卡槽STP的水平等效刚度和屈服刚度均高于初始值,说明老化后的有卡槽STP的力学性能稳定,能明显提高基础的隔震性能。

Abstract: In order to study the mechanical properties of waste laminated tire isolation pad(STP) under aging-load coupling, 15 groups of 180 mm×180 mm×69 mm 6-layer STP were made from waste four-season tire, and 3 groups were the control group. The other 12 groups STP were subjected to accelerated aging tests of 77, 154, 231,308 h under the aging temperature of 100℃ and load of 5 MPa. The vertical mechanical property test and quasi-static test were carried out on the specimens to analyze the effects of aging time on the vertical stiffness, horizontal equivalent stiffness, hysteresis curve, skeleton curve, yield stiffness and equivalent damping ratio of STP. The mechanical properties of STP(STP without card slots) in the waste tire isolation system and STP(STP with card slots) in the new village wall isolation system were compared and analyzed. The results show that the vertical stiffness of STP increases with aging time increasing. With the aging time increases, the area of the hysteresis loop of STP first increases and then decreases. The area of the hysteresis loop of the STP with card slots is higher than that of the STP without card slots. The equivalent damping ratio of STP with and without card slots decreases firstly and then increases with the aging time. The horizontal equivalent stiffness and yield stiffness of STP with card slots are both higher than that of STP without card slots. With the increase of aging time, the horizontal equivalent stiffness and yield stiffness of STP with card slots are both higher than the initial value, which indicates that the aging STP with card slots has stable mechanical properties and can significantly improve the seismic isolation performance of foundation.
