摘要:探讨了《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ 3—2010)、《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB 50007—2011)关于高层建筑基础埋置深度的规定存在的问题。指出基础埋置深度不仅仅与建筑的高度有关,还应与建筑的体型、高宽比、地基土质、风荷载、地震设防烈度等有关;当高层建筑基础埋置深度不满足上述规范的要求时,应验算抗倾覆稳定性和抗滑移稳定性,并采取可靠的抗倾覆和抗滑移措施;当高层建筑基底零应力区范围满足《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ 3—2010)的要求时,抗倾覆稳定性具有足够的安全储备。最后建议对基础埋置深度不宜作硬性规定,而宜根据各种实际情况来具体考虑。

Research on embedded depth of foundation of tall building

Abstract: The problems existing in the regulation of embedded depth of foundation of tall building in the Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building(JGJ 3—2010) and Code for design of building foundation(GB 50007—2011) were discussed. It was pointed out that the embedded depth of foundation should not only be related to the height of the building, but also to the size of the building, the ratio of height to width, the soil quality of the foundation, the wind load, the seismic fortification intensity and so on. When the embedded depth of foundation of tall building does not meet the requirements of the specification described above, the anti-overturning stability and anti-slip stability should be checked, and reliable anti-overturning and anti-slip measures should be taken. When the range of zero stress zone in the foundation of tall building meets the requirements of Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building(JGJ 3—2010), the anti-overturning stability has enough safety reserve. Finally, it is suggested that the embedded depth of foundation should be considered according to various practical situations instead of making a rigid regulation.
