摘要:冰雪小镇文创商街北区地上部分平面尺寸东西长约300m,南北长约260m。利用8#楼和9#楼之间的连桥设置两道结构缝,将8#楼、9#楼和连桥分成三个独立的单体。主楼部分采用钢框架+树状结构,树状结构分级节点和顶部节点均为铰接节点。提出了一种利用计算软件判定结构单元稳定的方法,得到树状结构单元形成稳定体系的判定准则,并以此结论为屋面构件布置的原则,进而建立整体屋面体系。讨论了树状柱单元连接节点刚接连接和铰接连接各自的利弊,并给出相应的选取准则。8#楼、9#楼之间的连桥屋盖为悬索结构,比选了四种悬索结构方案。结果表明,V形桅杆悬索方案背索垂直设置即可平衡承重索索力,本项目连桥屋盖的结构体系最终选用此方案。向桥面外侧倾斜的桅杆柱可与落在桥面上的防风索组成稳定的三角形,从而确保玻璃屋顶在垂直于桥面方向有良好的侧向刚度。

Abstract: The above-ground part of the north district of cultural creative commercial street in Ice Snow Town is about 300 m long from east to west and 260 m long from north to south. The connecting bridge between the 8# building and the 9# building was used to set up two structural joints to divide the 8# building, 9# building and the connecting bridge into three independent units. The main building part adopts a steel frame + tree-shaped structure, and the hierarchical nodes and top nodes of the tree-shaped structure are hinged nodes. A method for judging the stability of structural elements by using calculation software was proposed and the judgment criteria for the formation of a stable system by tree-shaped structural elements were obtained, and this conclusion was used as the principle of roofing component layout, and then the overall roofing system was established. The advantages and disadvantages of rigid connection and hinge connection of tree-shaped column element connection nodes were discussed, and corresponding selection criteria were given. The roof of the connecting bridge between the 8# and 9# buildings was a suspension cable structure, and four suspension cable structure schemes were compared and selected. The results show that the V-shaped mast suspension cable scheme can balance the load-bearing cable force by setting the back cables vertically. This scheme is finally selected for the structural system of the connecting bridge roof of this project. The mast column inclined to the outside of the bridge deck can form a stable triangle with the windproof cable that falls on the bridge deck, so as to ensure that the glass roof has good lateral rigidity in the direction perpendicular to the bridge deck.
