摘要:装配式混凝土铰接框架结构是一类新型的装配式混凝土结构体系,其预制梁柱铰接,屈曲约束支撑与铰接框架构成水平受力系统,而竖向力由框架柱承担。该体系受力明确,梁柱节点构造简单,现场施工便捷,符合建筑工业化的发展方向。采用ETABS有限元软件对采用该结构体系的某项目进行了多遇地震下的静力弹性分析和罕遇地震作用下的动力时程分析。结果表明:该体系具有合适的结构刚度,能满足多遇地震和罕遇地震作用下规范对结构性能指标的要求;屈曲约束支撑作为该结构体系的“保险丝”和“第一道防线”,在罕遇地震作用下,结构下部屈曲约束支撑滞回曲线饱满,耗能作用明显;刚接柱脚在罕遇地震作用下未出现塑性铰,其在部分屈曲约束支撑失效的极端情况下可作为“第一道防线”的补充提供抗侧刚度。提出的节点设计简单,构件生产便捷,现场施工方便,可为同类型工程的设计、生产和施工提供借鉴。

Seismic performance analysis of prefabricated concrete hinged frame structure

Abstract: The prefabricated concrete hinged frame structure is a new type of prefabricated concrete structure system, in which the prefabricated beams and columns are hinged, the buckling restraint support and the hinged frame form a horizontal force system, while the vertical force is borne by the frame columns. The system has clear stress, simple beam-colum node structure, convenient on-site construction, and conforms to the development direction of building industrialization. The static elastic analysis under frequent earthquake and dynamic time history analysis under rare earthquake were carried out for a project adopting the structural system by using ETABS finite element software. The results showed that the system has appropriate structural stiffness and can meet the requirements of structural performance indexes under frequent earthquake and rare earthquake. Buckling restrained brace was the "fuse" of the structural system and "the first line of defense", under the action of rare earthquake, the hysteretic curve of the buckling restrained brace under the structure was full, and the energy dissipation effect was obvious; the rigid column base does not appear plastic hinge under the action of rare earthquake, which can be used as the supplement of "the first line of defense" to provide lateral stiffness in the extreme situation of partial buckling restrained brace failure. The proposed nodes design was simple, the component production and site construction were convenient, which can provide reference for the design, production and construction of the same type of project.
