T/CECS 1149—2022《国际多边绿色建筑评价标准》介绍

摘要:为助力绿色“一带一路”建设,推动我国绿色建筑“走出去”,中国建筑科学研究院有限公司会同有关单位共同编制了T/CECS 1149—2022《国际多边绿色建筑评价标准》。该标准以我国GB/T 50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》的指标体系为架构,充分考虑标准的适用性、兼容性,制定了适用于“一带一路”共建国家的指标体系。本文介绍了该标准的编制背景、调研工作、编制思路、整体框架、特色条文等方面的内容,以期为后续应用提供指导。

Introduction of T/CECS 1149-2022 International multilateralassessment standard for green building

Abstract: In order to promote the construction of the green Belt and Road, and promote China's green buildings “going global”, China Academy of Building Research and relevant units jointly prepare T/CECS 1149-2022 International multilateral assessment standard for green building. The standard takes the index system of China's GB/T 50378-2019 Assessment standard for green building as the framework, fully considers the applicability and compatibility of the standard, and establishes an index system suitable for the Belt and Road co-construction country. In this paper, the background, research work, compilation idea, overall framework and characteristic provisions of the standard are presented, in order to provide guidance for the subsequent application.
