摘要:现有建筑节能评价方法虽然推动了我国建筑节能工作的开展,但难以有效支撑双碳目标的实现。为此,上海市研究制定建筑领域用能限额设计标准体系,目的是将建筑节能标准从相对节能转向实物量节能,以实现建筑能耗和碳排放的双控。

Study on design standard system of energy consumption limits for civil buildings in Shanghai

Abstract: Although the existing building energy efficiency evaluation methods have promoted the development of building energy saving in China, it is difficult to effectively support the realization of the carbon peak and neutrality objectives. Therefore, the design standard system of energy consumption limits for buildings is formulated as local standards applied in Shanghai through research, with the purpose of changing the building energy saving standard from relative energy saving to physical energy saving, so as to realize the dual control of building energy consumption and carbon emission.
