一种气囊型膨胀罐计算方法

摘要:基于常微分方程的一般解法与能量守恒基本原理,提出了一种循环冷却系统气囊型膨胀罐计算方法。使用该方法可以简便计算不同环境温度下膨胀罐内气体体积和压力随系统运行时间的变化。在设备调试阶段或者运行使用过程中,使用该计算方法可以方便地对选用的膨胀罐进行验证计算,掌握压力波动情况,从而准确调整膨胀罐的初始压力,确保系统稳定运行,进而降低系统运行过程中的噪声和振动。

A calculation method of airbag type expansion tanks

Abstract: In this paper, based on the general solution of ordinary differential equations and the basic principle of energy conservation, a calculation method for the airbag type expansion tank of the circulating cooling system is established. Using this method, the changes of the gas volume and pressure in the expansion tank with the operating time of the system under different ambient temperatures can be easily calculated. In the stage of equipment commissioning or operation, this calculation method can be used to easily verify and calculate the selected expansion tank, grasp the pressure fluctuation, so as to accurately adjust the initial pressure of the expansion tank, ensure the stable operation of the system, and reduce noise and vibration during system operation.
