外墙侧安装空间对家用空调性能的影响及改善方案研究

摘要:建筑外墙侧凹槽式百叶窗空调机位空间较小,不利于空调室外机冷凝器换热,空调性能会受到影响。通过实验研究了百叶窗型式和靠墙距离对家用空调制冷性能的影响,得到了不同百叶窗型式和不同靠墙距离条件下空调的制冷量、制冷能效。提出了狭小空间内提高空调制冷性能的改善方案,设计了可直接安装在空调室外机上的导风圈。实验数据表明,该方案能够有效提高安装于狭小空间的家用空调的性能。

Influence of installation space on exterior wall side on performance of household air conditioners and improvement plan

Abstract: The recessed louver on the side of the building exterior wall have a small space for the air conditioner, which is not conducive to the heat exchange of the outdoor unit condenser of the air conditioner, and the performance of the air conditioner will be affected. In this paper, the effects of louver type and distance against the wall on the refrigeration performance of household air conditioners are studied through experiments, and the cooling capacity and cooling energy efficiency of air conditioners under different louver types and wall distances are obtained. An improvement plan for improving the refrigeration performance of air conditioners in a narrow space is proposed, and an air guide ring that can be directly installed on the outer unit of the air conditioner is designed. The experimental data show that this solution can effectively improve the performance of household air conditioners installed in small spaces.
