建筑碳排放计算及减碳策略之探索
摘要:本文以减少建筑物碳排放为目的,通过分析《建筑碳排放计算标准》GB/T 51366—2019中关于建筑运行阶段碳排放计算方法的计算条件和局限性,以及建筑工程碳排放与能源消耗、碳排放因子之间的关系,提出建筑工程方案阶段建筑碳排放的能耗节点计算方法,并针对建筑工程提出实现建筑碳中和的策略和措施。此建筑碳排放计算及减碳策略有助于实现建筑绿色化和集约化,为实现“零碳”建筑进行了有益探索。

Exploration of Building Carbon Emission Calculation and Carbon Reduction Strategies
Abstract: In order to reduce the carbon emission of buildings,this paper analyzes the calculation conditions and limitations of the carbon emission calculation method in the building operation stage in the " Building Carbon Emission Calculation Standard ",as well as the relationship between the carbon emission of construction projects and energy consumption and carbon emission factors,proposes a calculation method of energy consumption nodes for building carbon emissions in the construction project planning stage, and proposes strategies and measures to achieve building carbon neutrality for construction projects. This building carbon emission calculation and carbon reduction strategy helps to achieve building greening and intensification,and conducts beneficial explorations for the realization of "zero carbon" buildings.
