超高层建筑供电分析
摘要:根据实际工程,分析总结200m以下超高层建筑供配电设计要点,提出此类超高层建筑的电气设计建议。通过本项目变电站及柴油发电机组机房选址的分析、消防负荷与非消防负荷分组供电优缺点的比较、超高层建筑特别重要负荷供电要求的连续性与可靠性,建议200m以下超高层建筑变电站及柴油发电机组宜设在地下一层、供配电系统采用消防负荷与非消防负荷分组设计并以避难层来划分供电范围,设置柴油发电机作为备用电源,保障特别重要负荷供电。

Power Supply Analysis of a Super High-rise Building
Abstract: According to the actual project,this paper analyzes and summarizes the main points of power supply and distribution design of super high-rise buildings below 200 m, and puts forward some suggestions on the electrical design of such super high-rise buildings. Through site selection analysis of substation and diesel generator room in this project,comparison of advantages and disadvantages of grouped power supply for fire-fighting load and non-fire-fighting load,and continuity and reliability of power supply requirements for particularly important loads in super-high-rise buildings,it is suggested that substation and diesel generator in super-high-rise buildings below 200 m should be located on the ground floor,and the power supply and distribution system should adopt grouped design for fire-fighting load and non-fire-fighting load and divide the power supply scope with refuge floor,and diesel generator should be set as standby power supply to ensure power supply for particularly important loads.
