智慧赋能超大型地下空间智能化设计之实践

摘要:由于城市化的快速发展和人口的持续膨胀,导致城市生存空间紧张,城市发展空间不足问题凸显,而城市立体化发展是在城市空间发展维度上寻找突破口的一种全新模式,已经成为大多数城市在可持续发展方向上的共识。同时,进入21世纪以来,物联网、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术的发展,为传统的智能建筑赋予了新的内涵,在这种双重技术和政策的叠加下,给城市地下空间工程的设计带来了巨大的机遇与挑战,本文结合笔者的某地下空间项目实际经验,对超大型地下空间设计中一些值得关注的问题进行探讨。

Practice of Intelligent Design for Super-large Underground Space

Abstract: Due to the rapid development of urbanization and the continuous expansion of population,there is a shortage of urban living space,and the problem of insufficient urban development space is prominent. Urban three-dimensional development is a new model to find a breakthrough in the dimension of urban spatial development,which has become the consensus of most cities in the direction of sustainable development. At the same time,since the beginning of the 21 st century,the internet of things,big data. The development of artificial intelligence and other new generation information technology has given new connotation to the traditional intelligent building. Under the superposition of this dual technology and policy,it has brought great opportunities and challenges to the design of urban underground space engineering. Combined with the author 's practical experience of an underground space project,this paper discusses some problems worthy of attention in the design of super large underground space.
