文化类建筑EPC项目采用设计牵头的优势及实施要点

摘要：目前，以设计单位和施工单位组建联合体承接EPC项目逐渐增多。针对文化类建筑EPC项目，分析设计牵头的优势，并从明确建设需求、重视合同审查与交底、加强设计驻场服务等方面阐释实施要点，希望为由设计单位牵头的文化类建筑EPC联合体项目成功实施提供参考。

Advantages and Implementation Points of Design-led EPC Projects in Cultural Buildings

Abstract: At present,the number of projects undertaken by the EPC general contracting model of the consortium with design units and construction units is gradually increasing.For cultural building EPC Projects,the paper analyzes the advantages of the consortium EPC general contracting model led by the design unit,and reveals the implementation points from aspects of defining construction needs,attaching importance to contract review and disclosure,and strengthening design on-site service,hopes to provide references for the successful implementation of design-led EPC consortium in cultural buildings.
