工程总承包项目集成计划研究

摘要：工程总承包项目管理工作的复杂性促使总承包商采用集成计划技术。在探究工程总承包项目管理问题及集成计划特点的基础上，提出工程总承包项目集成计划模型，阐述集成计划的管理体系和三循环，并介绍组织集成交付流程图。研究结论有利于促进总承包商对工程总承包项目的集成管理。

Research on Integration Plan of EPC Project

Abstract: The complexity of EPC project management has prompted EPC contractors to adopt integrated planning technology. Based on exploring the challenges of EPC project management and the characteristics of integration planning,this paper proposes the EPC project integration plan model,expounds the management system and three cycles of integration plan,and introduces the organizational integrated delivery f low chart. The conclusions are helpful to promote the general contractor's integrated management of the EPC project.
