工业建筑节能技术路径探究——以某卷烟企业技改项目为例
摘要:传统的工业建筑节能方案制定主要依靠工程经验,缺少综合节能目标的指引和量化数据的支撑,导致经常出现实际运行效果无法达到设计目标的问题。为了提高工业建筑节能方案的技术合理性、工程可行性,应该探索一条合理科学的工业建筑节能技术路径。本文以某卷烟企业技改项目为例,详细阐述了采用“目标确定—措施分析—方案制定—工程实施—效果验证”方法确定节能方案的过程,以期为行业内其他企业的节能改造提供参考。

Exploration of technical energy saving path of industrial buildings:Taking a technical transformation project of a cigarette enterprise as an example
Abstract: The formulation of traditional industrial building energy saving solutions mainly depends on engineering experience, lacking the guidance of comprehensive energy saving goals and quantitative data support, which often leads to the problem that the actual operation effect can not achieve the design goals. In order to improve the technical rationality and engineering feasibility of industrial building energy saving scheme, a reasonable and scientific technical energy saving path should be explored. Taking the technical transformation project of a cigarette enterprise as an example, this paper elaborates in detail the process of using the energy saving scheme determined by the method of “goal determination-measure analysis-scheme formulation-project implementation-effect verification” of its energy saving scheme, in order to provide a reference for the energy saving transformation of other enterprises in the industry.
