数据中心冷冻站的群控系统

摘要：本文详细介绍了数据中心冷冻站内的群控系统，由群控控制器对各个单元控制器进行统一管理控制，由单元控制器对各冷冻单元内的冷机、水泵、阀门及传感器进行控制，且单元控制器的设置与制冷单元的模块化冗余设置一致。本设计能避免传统冷冻站群控中由单点故障、配置混乱引起的系统运行不便、停机等现象，从而提高数据中心冷冻站控制系统的可靠性。

Group Control System of Data Center Freezing Station

Abstract: This article introduces in detail the group control system in the data center refrigeration station.The group control controller performs unified management and control of each unit controller,and the unit controller controls the chiller,water pump,valve and sensor in each refrigeration unit. And the unit controller setting is consistent with the modular redundant setting of the cooling unit. this design can avoid the inconvenience of system operation and downtime caused by single-point failure and chaotic configuration in traditional group control of freezing stations,thereby improving the reliability of the data center freezing station control system.
