铁路客运站房机电一体化设计技术研究

摘要:铁路客运站房机电系统涉及的相关专业、机房和管线较多,安装面较分散,机电一体化设计是精细化设计和优化的重难点。常规设计一般由建筑电气、暖通空调、给排水、智能信息化等专业各自进行机房及管线布置,缺乏整体协调与平衡,使机电机房和管线布置达不到最优。为避免这种情况,本文进行机电一体化设计技术研究,将单系统的设置优秀变为整体优秀,以实现机电综合设计优化,并为设备施工、节能运营、维护维保等创造最优条件。

Abstract: The electromechanical system of railway passenger station building involves many related specialties,machine rooms and pipelines, so the working face is relatively scattered. The electromechanical integration design is the key and difficult point of fine design and optimization. The conventional design is generally carried out by the Building Electricity,HVAC,Water supply and drainage,intelligent information and other disciplines,so the layout of the machine room and pipeline is not optimal due to the lack of overall coordination and balance. In order to avoid this situation,this paper studies the mechatronics Integration design design technology, changes the single system setting excellence into the overall excellent,in order to realize the mechanical and electrical comprehensive design optimization, and create the optimal conditions for equipment construction, energy-saving operation,maintenance and maintenance.
