铁路站房建设工程数字化动态管理研究
摘要：近年来，我国铁路建设事业进入高速发展期，铁路项目建设实施要求高、涉及专业多、现场处理难度大，能否实现管理的信息化，决定了工程项目整体管理水平的高低。本文以某站房项目为例搭建一套符合铁路站房建设流程的数字化管理平台，取其建设期间的特点、难点，结合BIM信息化技术，以业主角度出发分析其建设管理上的问题，并伴随工程建设管理的全过程，在平台中跟踪记录工程建设产生的各项数据信息，为后期运维提供信息资料及分析决策结果。

Research on Digital Dynamic Management of Railway Station Building Construction Project
Abstract: In recent years, China ' s railway construction industry has entered a period of rapid development. The implementation requirements of railway project construction are high,involving many specialties,and the on-site processing is difficult. Whether the management information can be realized or not determines the overall management level of engineering project. This paper takes a station building project as an example to build a set of digital management platform which is in line with the construction process of railway station building. Taking the characteristics and difficulties during the construction period and combining with BIM information technology,the problems in construction management are analyzed from the perspective of the owner. With the whole process of project construction management,the data information generated by engineering construction is tracked and recorded in the platform for later operation and maintenance Provide information and analyze decision results.
