基于纸板模具的新型单元排结构施工技术研究

摘要:基于枯水季节护滩工程施工工艺与大面积单元排混凝土浇筑需求,提出基于纸板模具的新型单元排结构施工技术。该单元排结构由纵横向纸板、入仓多孔板、丙纶绳、外框架组成,纸板可塑性强,且可进行防水、防潮处理等,无须拆模,在混凝土浇筑完成的同时单元排制作完成,可大幅度缩短大面积单元排制作时间,降低施工成本,减小混凝土浇筑难度,提高单元排整体质量,适用于大面积临水岸滩软体排施工抢修。室内试验结果表明,纸板不仅有利于混凝土保水养护,且可对混凝土块边角进行保护。工程实践表明,单块单元排混凝土可在入仓10min内充满各浇筑框格,在入仓30min内完成振捣与整平处理,可忽略浸水效应的影响。

Research on Cell Mattress Structure Construction Technology Based on Cardboard Formwork

Abstract: According to the construction technology of the beach protection project in the dry season and the large-area cell mattress concrete pouring requirements, the cell mattress structure and construction technology based on cardboard formwork are proposed. The cell mattress structure is composed of vertical and horizontal cardboards, warehousing perforated plates, polypropylene rope, and outer frame. The cardboards have strong plasticity, and can be treated with waterproof and moisture-proof, without removing the formwork. At the same time the concrete pouring is completed, the cell mattress production is completed, which can greatly shorten the production time of large-area cell mattresses, reduce construction costs, reduce the difficulty of concrete pouring, and improve the overall quality of cell mattresses. It is suitable for the construction and repair of large-area waterfront soft rows. Indoor test results show that cardboard is not only good for moisture-curing concrete, but also protects the corners of concrete blocks. Engineering practice shows that the single-block cell mattress concrete can be filled with each pouring frame within 10 minutes of entering the warehouse, and the vibrating and leveling treatment will be completed within 30 minutes of entering the warehouse, and the impact of the inundation effect can be ignored.
