掺石灰石粉清水混凝土表观质量与性能研究

摘要:针对清水混凝土施工过程中由粉煤灰质量问题引起的表面黑斑现象,研究不同细度石灰石粉取代粉煤灰得到的清水混凝土工作性能、力学性能和抗氯离子渗透性能等,通过开展压汞试验研究粉煤灰、石灰石粉对混凝土孔隙结构的影响。研究结果表明,掺加石灰石粉可提高清水混凝土工作性能、泌水性、表观质量等;石灰石粉具有辅助晶核作用,有利于降低混凝土中直径<100nm孔隙平均孔径;掺加400目石灰石粉混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能较好,可满足一般海洋工程混凝土耐久性要求。

Research on Apparent Quality and Properties of As-cast-finish Concrete Mixed with Limestone Powder

Abstract: On account of the black spots problem on the surface caused by the quality fluctuation of fly ash in the construction of as-cast-finish concrete, the effects of different fineness of limestone powder instead of fly ash on the apparent quality, mechanical properties and resistance to chloride ion penetration performance of as-cast-finish concrete were studied. The effect of fly ash and limestone powder on pore structure of concrete was studied by mercury intrusion test. The results show that the workability, bleeding and apparent quality could be improved by substituting limestone powder. Additionally, limestone powder has auxiliary nucleation effect, which is beneficial to reduce the average pore diameter of concrete pore with diameter less than 100 nm. Besides, the concrete mixed with 400 mesh limestone powder shows excellent resistance to chloride ion penetration performance, which could achieve the concrete durability design in general ocean engineering.
