超高索塔钢筋网片成型与部品装配技术研究

摘要:超高钢筋混凝土索塔钢筋施工多采用人工原位单根绑扎的方式,存在人员投入多、安全风险大等缺点,为提升高空作业环境下索塔钢筋施工质量与效率,依托南京龙潭长江大桥工程,研发钢筋网片工厂化制作成型与部品快速装配技术。通过弧形钢筋网片弯折回弹试验,研究钢筋网片整体弯折成型预测与控制方法。基于钢筋网片分块方案,形成弧形、折线形钢筋网片整体弯折成型技术。给出钢筋网片工厂化制作、钢筋部品现场快速装配工艺流程,并对安装精度控制技术进行研究。

Research on the Technology of Steel Wire Mesh Forming and Parts Assembly of Super-high Cable Tower

Abstract: The construction of steel bars for super-high reinforced concrete cable tower usually adopts manual in-situ single tying method, which has disadvantages such as high personnel input and high safety risks. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the construction of cable tower steel bars in the high-altitude operating environment, relying on the Nanjing Longtan Yangtze River Bridge project, this paper developed the steel wire mesh factory production and rapid assembly technology. Through the bending rebound tests of the curved steel wire mesh, the prediction and control method of the integral bending of the steel wire mesh is studied. Based on the segmentation plan of the steel wire mesh, the curved and broken-line steel wire mesh is integrally bent and formed. The process flow of the factory production of steel wire mesh and the rapid assembly of steel parts on site are given, and the installation accuracy control technology is researched.
