Research on Overall Stability Monitoring Method of Disk Lock Steel Tubular Scaffold Based on Full-frame Test

Abstract: In order to solve the key technical problems of safety monitoring of high formwork support,the whole frame loading test of disk lock steel tubular scaffold was carried out. The loading results show that the critical load of instability of vertical bar reaches 83 kN. A monitoring method for monitoring the stability of the whole test frame is established by arranging the overall stability measurement points in the loading test and drawing the load-displacement curve between the loading values and the overall stability measurement points in real time. By developing a high precision and intelligent monitoring method for the overall stability of formwork support,the safety management level of high formwork support construction site can be further improved,and the accident casualty rate of high formwork support project can be greatly reduced.
