老旧小区改造机制研究
摘要：通过对老旧小区改造现状进行分析，以服务老旧小区科学改造、有序推进为目的，结合老旧小区改造的实际需要，梳理老旧小区改造工作中需重点关注的几个机制，包括科学的管理机制、有效的部门联动机制、相应的融资机制、符合老旧小区改造项目特点的项目建设与项目推进机制、老旧小区改造中的存量资源利用机制以及合理有序的运维管理机制，希望通过机制引导，助力老旧小区相关改造主体在改造理念、改造规划、改造实践上提前做好谋篇布局，进而准确把握改造工作要点，促进老旧小区改造工作的顺利开展。

Research on the Mechanism of Renovation of Old Residential Areas
Abstract: By analyzing the current situation of the renovation of old residential areas,with the aim of serving the scientific renovation and orderly promotion of old residential areas,and combining with the actual needs of the renovation of old residential areas,this paper summarizes several mechanisms that need to be emphasized or paid attention to in the renovation work of old residential areas,including scientific management mechanisms,effective departmental linkage mechanisms,corresponding financing mechanisms,and mechanisms for utilizing existing resources in the renovation of old residential areas The project construction and promotion mechanism that conforms to the characteristics of the renovation project of old residential areas,as well as a reasonable and orderly operation and maintenance management mechanism,hope to guide and assist the relevant renovation entities of old residential areas in planning and planning the renovation concept,practice in advance,and grasp the initiative of renovation work to promote the smooth progress of the renovation work of old residential areas.
