基于数字孪生的建筑全生命周期管理平台构建

摘要:基于建筑全生命周期数字化应用需求,搭建以协同管理、智慧工地、智慧运维为核心的建筑全生命周期管理平台,就平台搭建的相关机理、目标要求,以及平台架构设计、平台包含的内容、平台核心功能等进行阐释。最后,通过将平台应用于具体工程,分析验证其实用价值。

Abstract: Based on digital application requirements for the full life cycle of buildings,the paper builds a life cycle management platform based on digital twins with the core of collaborative management,smart construction site and smart operation and maintenance,explains the relevant mechanisms and target requirements of platform construction,as well as the platform architecture design,the content included in the platform,and the core functions of the platform. Finally,by applying the platform to specific projects,analyzes and verifies its practical value.
