绿色建筑增量成本影响因素及控制策略研究

摘要：通过采用文献研究与专家访谈识别出影响绿色建筑增量成本的16个因素，建立ISM模型分析影响因素之间的层级作用关系，得到深层根本因素（政府相关政策、企业发展战略）与直接影响因素（运营成本、绿色专业人员），并基于此构建SEM模型探究这些关键性因素之间以及与增量成本之间的具体作用路径，最终从技术选用、管理提升、政策激励角度提出控制策略，旨在为绿色建筑的成本管理提供参考，推动绿色建筑的高质量发展。

Study on Influencing Factors and Control Strategies of Incremental Cost of Green Building

Abstract: Through literature research and expert interviews,this paper identifies 16influencing factors of incremental cost of green building,establishes ISM model to analyze the hierarchical relationship among the inf luencing factors,and obtains the underlying fundamental factors(relevant government policies,enterprise development strategies)and the surface direct inf luencing factors(operating costs,green professionals). Based on this,constructs SEM model to explore the specific paths between these key factors and the incremental cost. Finally,from the perspectives of technology selection,management improvement and incentive policy,proposes the control strategies,aiming at strengthening the cost management and effectively promoting the high-quality development of green building.
