装配整体式混凝土建筑施工质量问题的聚类分析与管控建议

摘要:目前装配整体式混凝土建筑的应用广泛,其质量问题也备受关注。就装配整体式混凝土建筑质量问题的发生概率和现场管控难度进行调研,形成了23个二级指标和4个一级指标的指标体系,并根据问题频次计算获取了相应二级指标的分值。为进一步利用数据,通过熵值法对发生概率和现场管控难度的数据进行分析并得到权重。利用权重对数据进行修正后,基于层次聚类法对质量问题进行了聚类分析。根据总体管控难度大小得到了三分类的结果,并针对I类和Ⅱ类问题给出了管控建议。

Cluster Analysis and Control Suggestions of Construction Quality Problems of Monolithic Assembled Concrete Buildings

Abstract: Nowadays,the application of monolithic assembled concrete buildings is widespread,and its quality problems have also attracted attention. This paper conducts the questionnaire research about quality problems of the monolithic assembled concrete building in the dimensions of the probability of occurrence and the difficulty of on-site control,forming an index system of 23 second-level indicators and 4 first-level indicators. The corresponding scores are obtained according to the frequency calculation. Based on the investigated data,the weights of occurrence probability and on-site control difficulty are analyzed by the entropy value method. And then,after the data are modified by the weights,the quality problems are clustered and analyzed based on the hierarchical clustering method. Finally,three classifications of the quality problems are obtained according to the overall control difficulty,and corresponding control suggestions are given for the class I and class II issues.
