新型建筑工业化发展中面临的困难和对策

摘要：在我国新型建筑工业化进入关键发展阶段背景下，对新型建筑工业化发展过程中面临的问题进行分析，提出包括树立工业化产业化融合发展理念、更好发挥市场和政府的合作机制、突破行业发展共性技术、完善产业组织模式等对策建议，以期推进新型建筑工业化自主健康可持续发展。

Abstract: China’s new building industrialization has entered the key development stage.The paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the development of new building industrialization，puts forward countermeasures named enhancing the concept of integrated development of industrialization and industrialization，improving the cooperation mechanism between the market and the government，breaking through the common technology，improving the industrial organization mode.Hopes to promote independent，healthy and sustainable development of new buildingindustrialization.
