电力工程定额动态管理研究
摘要：以现行电力工程定额为研究对象，阐释了我国电力工程定额的作用，分析现阶段电力工程定额在实践应用中存在的问题。在问题分析的基础上，研究提出电力工程定额动态管理相关机制的信息采集、分析、审核、发布等业务流程。最后，基于电力定额动态管理与运用的便捷化，提出了电力工程定额动态管理平台的设计原则与构建思路。

Research on Dynamic Management of Power Engineering Quota
Abstract: Taking the current power engineering quota as the research object，this paper explains the role of power engineering quota in China，and analyzes the problems existing in the practical application of power engineering quota at the present stage.Based on the problem analysis，studies and puts forward the business processes of information collection，analysis，review and release of the relevant mechanism of power engineering quota dynamic management.Finally，based on the convenience of power quota dynamic management and application，puts forward the design principles and construction ideas of power engineering quota dynamic management platform.
