智慧基建背景下电网工程造价资源库建设研究

摘要：工程造价管理高质量发展背景下，造价资源管理的体系化建设和信息化赋能需求愈加迫切。以支撑服务为出发点，首先，分析了电网工程造价资源管理现状和资源库建设的必要性；然后，构建了涵盖标准规范、价格信息、档案资料、数据指标、技经队伍在内的电网工程造价资源库建设框架；最后，结合大数据理念，分别从管理角度和应用角度，分别提出了基于业务流的造价资源库管理机制以及基于数据流的造价资源库应用机制。

Study on the Construction of the Power Grid Project Cost Resource Database under the Background of Smart Infrastructure

Abstract: With the high-quality development of project cost management，the systematic construction and information empowerment of project cost resource management are becoming increasingly urgent.Taking supporting services as the starting point，firstly，the paper analyzes the management status of the power grid project cost resource and the necessity of constructing a resource database.Then，proposes a construction framework of the power grid project cost resource database，including standard specifications，price information，archives，data indexes，cost personnel.Finally，combining the concept of big data，from the perspective of management and applacation，proposes a management mechanism for the project cost resource database according to the business flow，and provides application suggestions for the project cost resource database according to the the data flow.
