工业4.0驱动下建筑业智能化转型升级战略研究
摘要：第四次工业革命（工业4.0）的到来为建筑业智能化转型升级，实现高质量、可持续的发展带来了新的机遇。针对我国建筑业所面临的机遇与挑战，提出了工业4.0背景下建筑业智能化转型升级的“1438”战略框架，并详细阐述了该战略框架的概念内涵与实施策略，为我国制定建筑业智能化转型升级政策提供参考依据。

Research on Intelligent Transformation and Upgrading Strategies of the Construction Industry Driven by Industry 4.0
Abstract: The advent of the fourth industrial revolution(Industry 4.0)has brought new opportunities for the intelligent transformation and upgrading of construction industry,for promoting its high-quality and sustainable development.Aiming at the opportunities and challenges faced by China’s construction industry,puts forward the“1438”strategic framework for intelligent transformation and upgrading of construction industry under the background of Industry 4.0,and expounds the conceptual connotation and implementation strategy of the strategic framework in detail,for providing a reference basis for formulating policies of construction industry in China.
