高品质住宅评价指标体系研究
摘要：构建高品质住宅评价指标体系是高品质住宅建设的重要技术基础，与满足人民群众美好生活需求息息相关。本文按照住宅建设高质量发展要求，分析了住宅建设长期存在的痼疾，从居住者感受角度出发，以绿色、健康、舒适、质量品质和智能化为最大公约数，借鉴现行国内外绿色、健康、可持续发展住宅乃至住区等相关标准合理内核，按照“接力赛”和“一张蓝图绘到底”的引导格局研究了评价指标体系，初步探索了从“有房住”到“住好房”住宅建设高质量发展的技术路线，助力提升居住者的获得感、幸福感、安全感。

Research on Evaluation Index System of High Quality Housing
Abstract: The construction of high-quality housing evaluation index system is an important technical basis for high-quality housing construction，which is closely related to meeting the people’s needs for a better life.According to the high-quality development requirements of housing construction，this paper analyzes the chronic diseases of housing construction for a long time.From the perspective of residents’ feelings，concept of green，health，comfort，quality and intelligence is regarded as the maximum common divisor，and draws lessons from the reasonable core of the relevant standards of green，healthy and sustainable development housing and even residential areas，according to the guiding pattern of “relay race” and “drawing a blueprint to the end”，establishes the high-quality housing evaluation index system.The high-quality housing evaluation index system will lay the technical foundation for the high-quality development process of housing construction from “having housing” to “living well”，and truly enhance the people’s sense of gain，happiness and security.
