摘要:双肢冷弯C形钢门式刚架是一种新型组合截面门式刚架结构体系,该结构的构件通过垫板和高强螺栓将冷弯型钢拼合成双轴对称截面,便于梁柱节点的连接,有效提升了构件的承载能力。对5个刚架进行拟静力试验,对11个刚架进行有限元分析,以分析梁腹板高度、C形钢厚度、柱翼缘宽度、柱腹板高度、节点板厚度、屋面坡度和刚架跨度7个参数对双肢冷弯C形钢门式刚架破坏形态和抗震性能的影响。分析结果表明,C形钢厚度、柱腹板高度、柱翼缘宽度、刚架跨度对双肢冷弯C形钢门式刚架抗震性能影响显著,并根据正交试验分析结果发现了影响该类结构极限承载力和柱顶破坏位移的参数顺序,得到了两项结果最大时的参数组合,推导出了在适用范围内刚架抗震性能特征极限承载力和柱顶破坏位移的计算公式。

Study on seismic performance of double-limb cold-formed C-shaped steel portal frame with bolt plate connection

Abstract: The double-limb cold-formed C-shaped steel portal frame is a new type of composite section portal frame structure. The components of the structure are assembled into a biaxially symmetrical section through cushion plate and high-strength bolts, which is convenient for beam-column joints and effectively improves the load-bearing capacity of the components. The quasi-static test was carried out on 5 rigid frames, and the finite element analysis was carried out on 11 rigid frames to analyze the influence of 7 parameters including beam web height, C-shaped steel thickness, column flange width, column web height, joint plate thickness, roof slope and portal frame span on the failure mode and seismic performance of double-limb cold-formed C-shaped steel portal frame. The analysis results show that C-shaped steel thickness, column web height, column flange width, and the portal frame span has significant influence on the seismic performance of the cold-formed C-shaped steel portal frame with two limbs. According to the results of orthogonal test analysis, the sequence of parameters affecting the ultimate bearing capacity and column top failure displacement of this type of structure was found, and the parameter combination when the two results were the largest was obtained, and calculation formulas were deduced for ultimate bearing capacity and column top failure displacement for seismic performance characteristics of portal frame.
