摘要:为研究半灌浆铸造套筒在二次补浆影响下的钢筋连接性能,对18个半灌浆铸造套筒接头试件进行单轴拉伸试验研究。将二次补浆量和钢筋直径作为主要试验参数,对半灌浆套筒连接接头的失效形式、抗拉性能、套筒外表面应变分布形式以及套筒内灌浆料的损伤深度进行研究。分析结果表明,试件在拉伸荷载作用下的破坏形式均为钢筋被拉断;螺纹与灌浆料交界处是整个套筒轴向应变和环向应变最大的位置;在荷载作用下端部灌浆料具有一定程度的损伤,平均损伤深度约占套筒总长度的7.58%;二次补浆对试件的极限承载能力影响可以忽略。采用屈服比、强度比和延性比三种指标对接头的连接性能进行评价,结果表明,所有试件均满足规范要求,连接性能良好。

Abstract: In order to study the reinforcement connection performance of half-grouted casting sleeve under the influence of secondary grouting, uniaxial tensile tests were carried out on 18 half-grouted casting sleeve connection specimens. Taking secondary grouting amount and rebar diameter as the main test parameters, the failure modes, tensile performance, strain distribution of the outer surface of the sleeve and the damage depth of the grouting material in the sleeve were studied. The analysis results show that the failure mode of the specimens under the action of tensile load are that the rebar is tensile failure; the junction of the thread and the grouting material is the position where the axial strain and hoop strain of the entire sleeve are the largest; under the action of the load, the grouting material at the end of the sleeve has a certain degree of damage, and the average damage depth is about 7.58% of the total sleeve length. The influence of secondary grouting on the bearing capacity of specimens can be neglected. The yield ratio, strength ratio and ductility ratio were used to evaluate the connection performance of splices. The results show that all the specimens meet the specification requirements and the connection performance is good.
