北京某燃气热电厂余热回收系统设计

摘要:通过对北京某燃气热电厂余热资源进行计算分析,提出了循环冷却水和烟气余热回收用于集中供热的方案。根据电厂汽轮机抽汽量,冷却水余热和烟气余热均采用了水源热泵+热网加热器的方式进行回收,解决了传统余热回收方式汽轮机抽汽的同时进行烟气余热与循环冷却水余热回收蒸汽量不足的问题。从综合供热成本分析可知,水源热泵回收方式低于吸收式热泵方式,使用水源热泵进行余热回收具有较好的经济性。

Design of waste heat recovery system for a gas-fired thermal power plant in Beijing

Abstract: Based on the calculation and analysis of the waste heat resources of a gas-fired thermal power plant in Beijing, this paper proposes a scheme of circulating cooling water and flue gas waste heat recovery for central heating. According to the steam extraction capacity of the steam turbine in the power plant, the waste heat of cooling water and flue gas is recovered by the way of water-source heat pump plus heating network heater, which solves the problem that the steam extraction capacity of the steam turbine in the traditional waste heat recovery method is insufficient for the flue gas waste heat recovery and the circulating cooling water waste heat recovery at the same time. From the comprehensive heating cost analysis, it can be seen that the recovery method of the water-source heat pump is lower than that of the absorption heat pump, and the use of water-source heat pump for waste heat recovery has better economy.
