强流重离子加速器装置工艺循环冷水系统设计

摘要:介绍了该项目设计的背景及重离子加速器装置(HIAF)末端工艺设备的特性。针对HIAF末端工艺设备的冷却需求,确定了工艺循环水系统冷负荷,并对一次水系统、二次水系统及补水系统进行了设计,保证了HIAF长期、可靠、稳定地运行。分析了工艺循环水系统的设计要点及难点,为工艺制冷循环水系统的设计提供参考。

Process chilled water circulation system design for high intensity heavy-ion accelerator facility

Abstract: This paper presents the background of the project design and the characteristics of the terminal process equipment in a heavy-ion accelerator facility(HIAF). According to the cooling demand of HIAF terminal process equipment, the cooling load of the process circulating water system is determined, and the primary water system, secondary water system and water replenishment system are designed to ensure the long-term, reliable and stable operation of HIAF. The design points and difficulties of the process circulating water system are analysed, which can provide a reference for the process chilled water circulation system design.
