摘要:对传统幕墙的设计方法和特点进行了分析,发现传统幕墙的设计方法已不能适用于不断发展的特殊建筑效果需求。基于上海世博温室新型幕墙体系分析了一体化设计的技术难点,提出将主体结构与外表皮幕墙进行一体化设计,并给出主体结构与幕墙一体化设计方法、一体化有限元建模方法以及相互连接边界条件的假定方法,进一步对上海世博温室一体化整体模型进行详细计算分析,得到每块玻璃和连接件的变形和应力。为了验证一体化计算的可靠性,将一个单元的主体结构变形反加至对应玻璃上进行单独有限元分析。结果表明:一体化分析方法可行有效,该设计方法可优化幕墙连接框材料用量,可优化传统幕墙设计构造缝宽,提升了建筑整体效果。

Integrated design of outer skin glass curtain walls and main structure for Shanghai World Expo Greenhouse

Abstract: The design methods and characteristics of traditional curtain walls were analyzed, and it was found that the traditional design method of curtain wall can not be adapt to the development of special architectural forms. Based on the technical difficulties of the integrated design of the new type curtain wall system of Shanghai World Expo Greenhouse, the integrated design of the outer skin glass curtain walls and main structure was proposed. Also the integrated design method, finite element modeling method and the interconnected boundary conditions assumption were proposed. The detailed calculation and analysis of the integrated model of the Shanghai World Expo Greenhouse were carried out to obtain the deformation and stress of each piece of glass and connectors. In order to verify the reliability of the integrated calculation, the deformation of the main structure of a unit was applied to the corresponding glass for a separate finite element analysis. The results show that the integrated analysis method is feasible and effective. This design method can optimize the material consumption of the curtain wall connection frame, optimize the structural joint width of the traditional curtain wall design, and improve the overall impression of the building.
