摘要:首先总结了铝合金结构的特点与发展情况,分析了大跨铝合金结构在国内外的工程应用及设计技术特点。结果显示在国内已形成一整套完善的大跨度铝合金结构设计理论、设计方法、加工制作及施工安装技术,某些设计技术已领先。进一步从铝合金材料、结构体系、构件截面形式、连接节点等分析了技术发展创新的重点和难点,给出了上海辰山植物园和上海世博温室两个铝合金结构的典型示范案例,阐述了解决大跨度铝合金结构支座温度应力等关键问题的思路和方法,在设计技术的开发创新及应用方面起到一定的示范作用。

Research on design technology and engineering practice of large-span aluminum alloy structure

Abstract: Firstly, the characteristics and development of aluminum alloy structure were summarized, and the engineering application and design technical characteristics of large-span aluminum alloy structure at home and abroadwere were analyzed. The results show that a complete set of design theory, design method, fabrication, construction and installation technology of large-span aluminum alloy structure has been formed in China, some design technology has achieved leadership. Furthermore, the focal points and difficulties of technological innovation were analyzed from the aspects of aluminum alloy materials, structural system, section form of members, connection joints, etc. Two typical demonstration cases of aluminum alloy structures, Shanghai Chenshan Botanical Garden and Shanghai World Expo Greenhouse were given, the idea and method to solve the key problems such as the temperature stress of the large-span aluminum alloy structure support were expounded, which plays a good demonstration role in the development, innovation and application of design technology.
