摘要:文物保护项目不同于一般建筑,加固设计应遵循对建筑最小干预的设计原则,并在结构安全性与文物保护之间寻求一种新的平衡。结合四行仓库修缮项目的建筑改造内容,对项目中应用的结构体系加固、东西区整体加固、无梁楼盖加固、“西山墙”加固、竖向构件加固、构件托换等技术进行探讨,从结构设计师角度提出“发现问题”到“解决问题”的思路,并对各种加固方法做了较为详细的介绍,旨为类似加固项目提供借鉴。

Discussion on repair technology of Sihang Warehouse

Abstract: Cultural relics protection projects are different from general buildings. The reinforcement design should follow the design principle of the least interference to the building, and seek a new balance between the structural safety and the protection of cultural relics. Combined with the construction renovation of the Sihang Warehouse repair project, the structural system reinforcement, the integral reinforcement of east and west district, the reinforcement of unbeamed floor, the reinforcement of "West Gable Wall", the reinforcement of vertical members and the underpinning of members were discussed. From the designer's point of view, the train of thought from "finding problems" to "solving problems" were put forward, and various reinforcement methods were described in detail, aiming at providing reference for similar reinforcement projects.
