摘要:某高层酒店办公楼的平面呈现明显的“Z形”,存在组合平面、扭转不规则及跃层斜柱等不规则项,并通过大跨钢连廊与裙房相连。结合项目主要特点,详细介绍了结构设计要点,对细腰区域楼板及竖向构件、跃层斜柱等关键构件制定了相应的抗震加强措施;并通过地震作用下的整体分析计算,对结构抗震性能进行了验证,基于分析结果对薄弱部位进行了加强。分析结果表明,结构具有良好的刚度、承载力及变形耗能能力,符合规范和抗震概念设计要求。

Design and analysis of a high-rise structure with “Z-shaped” plane

Abstract: The plane of a high-rise hotel office building presents an obvious “Z-shape”, there are irregular items such as combined planes, torsional irregularities and jump-storey inclined columns, and the buildings are connected to the podium through large-span steel corridors. Combined with the main features of the project, the main points of structural design were introduced in detail, and corresponding seismic strengthening measures were formulated for key components such as floor slabs in the slender waist area, vertical components, and jump-storey inclined columns. The seismic performance of the structure was verified through the overall analysis and calculation under the action of earthquake, and the weak parts were strengthened based on the analysis results. The analysis results show that the structure has good stiffness, bearing capacity and deformation energy dissipation capacity, which meets the requirements of specification and seismic conceptual design.
