摘要:苏州国际会议酒店主楼为连体结构,结构高度为91.4m,由两栋基本对称的塔楼通过跨度为81m的钢连廊连成一个整体。其中塔楼采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,钢连廊采用桁架结构体系。针对结构特点,对塔楼及连接体进行多遇地震、设防地震和罕遇地震下的分析,对比了结构单塔及整体结构的动力特性及受力性能,探讨了连接体对整体结构受力性能的影响。结合超限情况,对结构进行了性能化设计,并采取了相应的抗震措施对关键性构件进行加强。分析结果表明,结构能够达到既定的性能目标,结构体系合理可靠。针对连廊在施工和使用阶段存在的不利因素,提出了连廊整体提升、支座调平、防坠落等施工措施。

Structural design of the main building of Suzhou International Conference Hotel

Abstract: The main building of Suzhou International Conference Hotel is a connected structure with a structural height of 91.4 m. It consists of two symmetrical towers connected by a steel corridor with a span of 81 m. The tower is a frame-shear wall structure and the steel corridor is a truss structure. According to the structural characteristics, the tower and connector were analyzed under frequent earthquake, fortification earthquake and rare earthquake. The dynamic characteristics and mechanical performance of single tower and overall structure were compared, and the influence of the connector on the mechanical performance of overall structure was discussed. Combined with the over-limit situation, the performance-based design of the structure was carried out, and the corresponding seismic measures were taken to strengthen the key components. The analysis results show that the structure can achieve the established performance goal, indicating that the structural system is reasonable and reliable. The construction measures of overall lifting of the corridor, leveling of the bearings and drop prevention were implemented to prevent disadvantages in the construction and use stage of the corridor.
