摘要:四川大剧院建筑面积约59 000m2,平面呈矩形,尺寸88.2m×57m。因场地狭小及剧院建筑功能的要求造成楼板大开洞、结构错层、大剧场池座底部大面积架空、大小剧场上下叠放等,这些特点给结构设计带来了较大的困难和挑战。主体结构选用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,屋盖采用单层钢网格结构。针对小剧场底板和其他有振动的设备房间采取了浮筑楼板和其他隔声措施,全楼沿周边设置了60组黏滞阻尼墙以提高结构在中、大震下的抗震性能。采用PMSAP、ETABS、MIDAS/Gen和SAUSAGE等软件建立了多种计算模型,并根据抗震性能化设计目标要求,对结构进行了整体静动力弹塑性、楼盖舒适度等方面的分析,并据此采取相应措施。结果表明,该结构选型及布置合理、抗震性能优良、整体结构安全,能满足建筑外观及复杂的功能需求。

Structural design of Sichuan Grand Theatre

Abstract: Sichuan Grand Theatre has a total floor area of about 59 000 m2, its plane is rectangle and the plane size is 88.2 m×57 m. Due to narrow construction site and the theatre′s architectural function requirements, some floors in the theatre building have big holes and some are staggered, the grand theatre has large bottom overhead area, and the small theatre is situated on top of the bigger other one. These characteristics bring more difficulties and challenges in the structural design. The main structure adopts a reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure and the roof adopts single-layer steel latticed shells. The floating floor and the other sound insulation measures were used in the small theater′s bottom plates and the equipment room with vibrations. For improving building seismic performance under medium earthquake and rare earthquake, 60 viscous dampers were set along the outside surface of structure. A variety of softwares, such as PMSAP, ETABS, MIDAS/Gen and SAUSAGE were used to establish several models, and according to the requirements of performance-based seismic design, the overall structure static, dynamic elastic-plastic analysis and the floor comfort were all executed and taken corresponding measures. The results show that the structure selection and layout is reasonable, the seismic performance is superior, the whole structure is safe, the architectural feature and function satisfactorily are fulfilled.
