苏州某黑臭河道治理经验探讨
摘要:苏州某黑臭河道位于城乡结合区域,由于河道南侧雨污分流区存在雨污混接和商铺私接问题,河道北侧合流制区存在通河排口和管底标高不匹配等问题,河道受污染严重,水体颜色发黑,底泥上浮并伴随着恶臭气味。以该河道为例,通过“正向排查,反向溯源”、截污纳管和污染源削弱等岸上工程配合河道生态修复措施进行河道综合治理。结果表明通过以上治理措施,河道水质可稳定达到消除黑臭目标,水体透明度从20cm提升至50cm,氨氮去除率最高达到71.4%,部分水质指标达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅳ类水体标准。

Discussion on experience of a river rehabilitation in Suzhou
Abstract: A black and smelly river course in Suzhou is located in the urban-rural integration area.Due to the rain-sewage mixed connection and private connection of shops in the rain-sewage diversion area on the south side of the river course,there are problems in the confluence area on the north side of the river,such as the mismatch of the drainage outlet and the elevation of the pipe bottom.The pollution is serious,the color of the water body is black,and the bottom mud floats with a foul smell.Take this river course as an example.Comprehensive river course management will be carried out through “forward investigation,reverse source tracing”,pollution interception pipes and pollution source weakening,and other onshore projects in conjunction with river ecological restoration measures.The results show that through the above treatment measures,the river water quality can stably achieve the goal of eliminating black and odor,the transparency of the water body has been increased from 20 cm to 50 cm,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate can reach71.4%,and some water quality indicators can reach the ClassⅣstandard of Environment quality standards for suface water(GB 3838—2002).
