改良AAO工艺间歇曝气对微生物群落特征及运行效果影响
摘要:为保证出水水质稳定达标及达到降低能耗的目的,原采用连续曝气方式的某污水处理厂改良AAO工艺改为间歇曝气方式运行。在连续曝气和间歇曝气方式下,处理工艺均能对污染物进行有效去除。从连续曝气调整为间歇曝气后,活性污泥微生物群落的α-多样性无明显变化,同时,间歇曝气条件下的缺氧池和好氧池内微生物群落结构更加相似。间歇曝气策略能够显著增加生化段硝化细菌和反硝化细菌的相对丰度。调整为间歇曝气后,污水处理厂单位水量处理水电耗节省了18.3%。

The influence of intermittent aeration in modified AAO process on the characteristics of microbial community and operational performance
Abstract: In order to ensure that the effluent quality meets the standard and achieves the goal of reducing energy consumption,the modified AAO process of a wastewater treatment plant that originally used continuous aeration mode was switched to intermittent aeration mode.In both continuous aeration and intermittent aeration modes,the pollutants can be effectively removed by the treatment process.After adjusting from continuous aeration to intermittent aeration,theα-diversity of microbial community in activated sludge was not changed significantly.Meanwhile,the microbial community structure in the anoxic and aerobic tanks under intermittent aeration became more similar.The relative abundance of nitrifiers and denitrifiers in the biochemical section significantly increased under the intermittent aeration strategy.After adjusting to intermittent aeration,18.3% of the electricity per ton treated wastewater was saved in the wastewater treatment plant.
