广州市中支涌黑臭水体整治实践
摘要：广州市中支涌是华南地区典型的城中村河涌,整治前村居临涌而建、河涌重度黑臭。分析了中支涌整治前存在的突出问题,系统梳理了整治工作所需响应的诸多诉求,提出结合人居环境改善,实现中支涌生态治水、文化治水的新思路、新理念,列叙了中支涌主要整治方案、措施以及实施成效。中支涌整治项目将治污工程与城市微改造结合起来,通过岭南“骑楼街”的方式既创造治污空间,同时提供了河道管理空间、商业走廊,辅以沿河景观的重塑,达到综合治水、长效治水的目标。

Discussion on the practice of treatment on malodorous black river in Zhongzhi River,Guangzhou
Abstract: Zhongzhi River is a typical urban village river in South China.Before the renovation,the village was built near the river and the river was severely black.This article analyzes the prominent problems before Zhongzhiyong′s remediation,systematically combeds the demands of response required,expounds the new ideas of realizing ecological and cultural water management in Zhongzhi River in combination with the improvement of the living environment,and lists the main remediation plans,measures and implementation results.Zhongzhi River renovation project innovatively combines pollution control engineering with urban micro-enovation,creates pollution control space by "arcade",provides river management space and commercial corridor,and reshapes riverside landscape,so as to achieve the goal of comprehensive water control and long-term water control.
