有限用地条件下污水处理厂工艺设计与施工组织
摘要:青岛市某污水处理厂三期改扩建工程设计总规模15万m3/d,其中扩建工程规模10万m3/d,改造工程规模5万m3/d。出水执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。处理工艺采用五段Bardenpho+MBR工艺。在不足4.5hm2的用地范围内,采用同区域内构筑物联建、分步建设、分步通水的方式实现了工程建设过程中不停产的目标。运行实践表明,该工艺处理效果较好,系统运行稳定,抗冲击负荷能力强,出水各项指标均达到设计标准。

Process design and construction organization of sewage treatment plant under the condition of minimal land use
Abstract: The total scale of a sewage treatment plant in Qingdao is 150 000 m3/d,of which the scale of expansion project is 100 000 m3/d and the scale of transformation project is 50 000 m3/d.The effluent shall be subject to level Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002).The treatment process is Five-stage Bardenpho+MBR.Within the land area of less then 4.5 hectares,the method of joint construction with structures in same area,step-by-step construction and step-by-step water supply was adopted to achieve the goal of not stopping production during the process of project construction.The operation practice shows that the treatment effect of this process is excellent,the system runs stably,the shock resistance load capacity is strong,and the effluent index reaches the design standard.
