高校建筑在设计阶段的造价管理要点探讨

摘要：在简述高校建筑设计阶段造价管理意义的基础上，分析高校建筑造价管理的现状和存在的问题。指出造价控制措施应付诸于项目施工之前，并提出在方案设计、初步设计、施工图设计以及施工模拟等不同设计阶段进行造价控制的管理要点。

Discussion on Key Points of Cost Management of University Buildings during Design Stage

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the significance of cost management during the design stage of university buildings，and introduces the present situation and existing problems of cost management in university buildings.On the basis，points out that the cost control measures should be put into practice before the construction of the project，and puts forward the management key points of cost control in different design stages，such as scheme design，preliminary design，construction drawing design and construction simulation.
