基于DEMATEL-ISM模型的钢结构装配式建筑成本控制研究

摘要：以影响钢结构装配式建筑成本的因素为研究对象，首先从设计、生产、运输、安装和其他五个方面整理筛选出15个具有代表的影响因素，其次运用DEMATEL-ISM模型，将影响因素按中心度排名并划分为三个层级。研究表明：构件标准化与模数化以及设计集成化水平为主要原因因素；吊装方案、预制构件安装技术和施工质量等为直接因素，也是结果因素，容易受到其他因素的影响；信息化技术应用程度为间接因素中的重要因素，贯穿于钢结构装配式建筑的全过程；国家相关政策标准和装配化水平为根本因素，也是原因因素，且中心度排名较高。最后提出建议为钢结构装配式建筑成本控制提供参考依据。

Research on Cost Control of Prefabricated Steel Structure Building Based on DEMATEL-ISM Model

Abstract: To study the influencing factors of the cost of prefabricated steel structure building，the paper firstly sorts out the 15 representative influencing factors from five aspects of the design，production，transportation，installation，and other，secondly uses DEMATEL-ISM model to rank the influencing factors of cost control of prefabricated steel structure building for centrality，and divides the factors into three levels.The results shows that component standardization and modularization and design integration level are the main factors；lifting scheme，installation technology of prefabricated component and construction quality are direct and result factors，which are easily affected by other factors；the application degree of information technology is an important indirect factor，which runs through the whole process of steel prefabricated building；relevant national policies and standards as well as assembly level are fundamental and cause factors，and the centrality ranking is high.Finally，puts forward a series of control suggestions for the cost control of prefabricated steel structure building.
